Start off with a self love meditation with Tori and end your day with Vira for a yoga practice for self love.

Learn how to connect with your breath with Tori and relax with a restorative yoga stretch session with Vira.
DAY 4

to gratitude
Focus on leaning into gratitude with a gratitude yoga practice and journaling for reflection.
DAY 5
Connecting to our health
Visualize optimal health with a guided meditation for healing with Tori and turn within for a yoga practice designed to heal your digestive system with Vira.
DAY 6
Connecting to our intention and action
Finish out our time together journaling to create aligned goals, connect with our power in a hip and shoulder yoga class, and manifest with intention with a meditation led by Tori.
Yoga with Vira
Join Vira for intuitive yoga to connect within. Vira combines vinyasa flow and restorative yoga in her classes to allow your body to lead your practice.
An athlete and dancer her entire life, Vira focuses on injury prevention, intuitive movement and strength training guided by breathwork.
Vira is a RYT200 and received her training in Brooklyn in 2016.

Let Tori's voice guide you through your meditation this week. Tori's meditations are visual, exploratory and deeply personal. Her foundation as a writer allows her to seamlessly create visual journeys for her students to experience power and transformative meditations.
Tori has been teaching meditation and creating community in Mindful Monday classes since 2020.

If you're looking to fast-track your self-connection, add a private mindfulness coaching session with Vira to your reset challenge.
In your call, Vira will use different modalities of mindfulness to help you further connect to what's working for you and help strategize ways for you to gain traction and control around the areas of your life that you feel aren't working.
Vira has been mindfulness coaching in group and private sessions for 5 years and has worked with hundreds of clients to help them ground into their self connection.
